The Picnic Photoshoot lasts up to 2 hours. This gives plenty of time to settle in, enjoy the picnic, and capture a wide variety of natural, relaxed shots in different poses and moments.

The Luxury Picnic Proposal lasts up to 3 hours, allowing extra time for drone footage, a more elaborate setup and a more cinematic video experience.

For most locations near Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, you can easily reach the meeting point by foot, taxi or rental car. We always share the exact meeting point via WhatsApp before your shoot.

For couples or small groups (up to 3 people), we also offer a private tour in our own car — ideal if you'd like to visit a more remote or exclusive location. Ask us about this option when booking.

Gran Canaria enjoys over 300 sunny days per year, so bad weather is rare — but we always have a plan. If the weather is genuinely unsuitable for a picnic photoshoot (heavy rain or strong winds), we will:

• Reschedule to the next available date at no extra cost
• Suggest an alternative sheltered location if possible
• Keep you informed via WhatsApp in the days leading up to your shoot

Note: drone shots in the Luxury Picnic Proposal package are subject to weather and local flight regulations. If drone footage is not possible, we will always find a creative alternative.

We deliver your professionally edited photos via a private online gallery within 24 hours after your shoot. From the gallery you can easily download all images in high resolution and share them directly to social media.

You will receive between 80–150 edited photos (Picnic Photoshoot) or 100–200 edited photos (Luxury Picnic Proposal), plus a short video of your experience.

We recommend booking your picnic photoshoot on Gran Canaria at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (November–April and July–August) when availability fills up quickly.

Booking is simple and personal. Here's how it works:

• Step 1: Contact us via the contact form or WhatsApp with your preferred date and package
• Step 2: We confirm availability and discuss your wishes, location and any add-ons
• Step 3: You receive a booking confirmation and payment details
• Step 4: We prepare everything — you just show up and enjoy

Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. A deposit secures your date; the remainder is due before or on the day of the shoot.

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before the shoot: full refund of your deposit
• 7–14 days before the shoot: 50% of the deposit is retained
• Less than 7 days before the shoot: deposit is non-refundable, but we are happy to reschedule to another date
